i was a fan of his early on in his career. illness/injury knocked him off the derby trail. he made a comeback, was going to run a few before being retired to stud-a deal had been made-and then the breakdown. that was horrible. i was still fairly new to the sport, that was a bad sight to see. i thought my mother was going to be sick.
