Confusion: are you saying Invasor should be carrying more weight or less? I'd say if it's truly a "handicap," he should be carrying considerably more than the others entered. I'd like Magna Graduate if he hadn't ran so terribly last time I saw him on Breeders Cup day.

Magna Graduate is the biggest pitch in history. His phony win at Aqueduct was as bias aided as a race can be.

perhaps i am missing something, but why in hell would anyone in their right mind bet a dime on any horse in this race not named invasor?
these other horses don't stand much of a chance in my opinion. will invasor be at his best? who cares? his worst race in this country is better than any race run by any of the other horses in this field.
betting against invasor in this race would be crazy.

Because we KNOW he is going have such LOW odds that is it really worth picking him to win? Nah, we want to go where the money is.

Hes coming off a layoff and its a prep for a race that has significance (Dubai World Cup).

invasor is an absolute steal at 3/5 against the mules in this race.
betting invasor in this race is worth it for the same reason that picking up free money off the ground is worth it.

If this was 100% true, the other horses should just scratch. There are going to be times when Invasor loses... it may happen this weekend.

he should win easy. but i wouldn't bet him. why walk to collect .05 on the dollar? not worth setting an alarm clock for that!

second money will pay well..and then you can also put graded stakes placed on the stallion page...

I have to agree with you about this. In his last three races his WORST Beyer# is a 111. No other horse in the race has ever run a figure that high. He is as solid a single here as you will find.

I didnt get this either. I thought 5-6 was pretty fair. Its a prep anyways, and you know they wont be trying very hard. Good bet against in my opinion.

Magna Grad looked pretty darn good last time I saw him run. Granted he didnt beat much that day and there may have been a speed bias, but he looked like a new horse. I mean really good.
