track condition
With all the capping goin' on, I just noticed the track condition is .....
" main track floated last nite and harrowed to 3 " today , turf rail is also at 15' " Is this normal for santa anita, to float the track. In NY they only do this when they are expecting rain. Was there rain in the forcast, or are they "conditioning the track " for some unexplainable long shots to show up today ? Any left coasters on board here ?
