I need whatever you took to cure the "garbage food" habit I've got... God forbid I ever have a serious weight gain problem. I just can't say no to stuff like pepsi, donuts, m&m's, twix, pizza... YUM.
You should have saw what I ate when I was on a hardcore program for fitness....crazyness! I'm actually pretty lax now, but pizza and donuts never appealed to me.
