There's two greyhounds in my neighborhood. One is so fat it looks like a barrel set on top of four toothpicks.

When I take my hound to the dog park there's often a woman with 3 or 4 of them. Pretty amazing to see those things run in an open field. Very friendly also.

Here in Jacksonville, Fl, we have greyhound racing, so I see people walking retired racers all the time. Never had one, but they have a reputation of not being particularly smart, but very friendly. By the way, I agree with you sightseek, animals over most people.
