Default What about Great Point and King of Jazz??

With all the attention Greeley's Legacy is getting, how about some interest in Great Point and King of Jazz?

Great Point came within a jump of knocking off Barbaro in that Holy Bull last year, and King of Jazz just missed Wild Desert in the Queen's Plate before the injury in Flower Alley's Jim Dandy...

I don't have the pps in front of me, but I seem to remember Great Point ran less than terrific recently and King of Jazz was horrendous in his comeback race....I believe behind Papa Chullo.

For some reason this just struck me as funny

Great Point was widest of all and came FLYING to the wire then was injured or something and hasn't run worth a darn since.

King of Jazz sounds intriguing. I love those Woodbine horses coming to Gulfstream.

I actually had Hemingway's Key keyed 3rd. I also bet Bernardini on top of Barbaro. If I remember right, Kasept suggested a Bernardini w/ SNS w/ all.

What did you get back on the Superfecta?

You got to work with Greeley's Legacy? Lucky! Seriously, he & Jazil were probably my top 2 "goo-goo" horses.

Lucky you! That must have been a great moment and thanks for sharing.
I hope he does well in the future.

While not a horrendous starting point for Greeley's Lagacy it was still pretty disappointing. He had a pretty soft trip and really never levelled off. I guess it's early but he really needs to step it up.

On the other hand Great Point ran pretty well.

Americanrevolution just held on versus Great Point but I'm not sure who was a non-threatening third.
