I too am very interested in how he does. I thought he would give a good account of himself in the Preakness and considering he hasn't run since it is reasonable to assume something happened. He was certainly improving in the Spring ( save the slop in the Wood ).

I know there are some quotes from Weaver in DRF about this horse.

"We gave him a nuclear scan after the Preakness, and while he had no specific fractures he did light up in a few places and needed some time," said trainer George Weaver. "And the time has done him well. He's training like a good horse, and I must admit I have some high ambitions for him this year.

"I'm not sure if he's done enough to run his best race on Wednesday, but I think he's done enough to run very well, and I don't think a one-turn mile should be a problem for him."

To think that there was a actually a point that I thought Greeley's Legacy would finish ahead of Bernardini in the Preakness.

Greeley's Legacy kept swelling up. There really wasnt a sound reason. Weaver decided the only way to stop this was to give him some time off. Apparently, the horse is stronger and the swelling should be a problem this year.
