My favorites are Yuengling, Corona, Dos Equis, Killians, and Woodchuck cider.

If finances are tight, I make do with Bud Light, PBR, or Natural Light.

Thanks for the warm welcome everyone!!!

Yuengling-- pronounced "Ying-ling". Sounds chinese but it's actually a German name I think. A nice American-brewed lager, and relatively inexpensive considering it tastes much better than the average "economy" brew.

Hey Gem wecome.....

Thanks for jogging the memory with Easy Goer. I remember taking my kids to the Belmont that year. The oldest now in college still talks about that day.

If you pay attention here some of these people will give you an education that "schooling" can't buy on this game.

My humble advice would be to read, to name a few, Kasept,Hooves,Blackthroat and Oracle. You can't find more knowlegable folks than these!!!!

Do yourself a favor and go to the ATRAB website on Sirrus and download a show or two and give it a listen. Have fun.....

Which part of NC were you in? Currently I live in SC... but I'm less than an hour from Charlotte, which is nice.

My fave beer is Yuengling Light.

I normally make due with Bud Light, though.

One of the clubs I worked at in North Carolina back in 1998, there was a member there from Pennsylvania. He would bring a case down with him every other weekend....None of us had the heart to tell him we hated the beer. It stacked up in the back office for a long time before someone finally gave it to some poor ass college kids
