no idea...but my immediate thought would be no...because if it's dry and loose it would be more tiring? maybe? cause they might not get a good hold on the surface...like I said I don't know...I'm probably totally wrong.

The track(Santa Anita) was actually closed this morning because it was frozen. We are having a cold-spell out here. It was about 28 degrees there last night and this morning.

wow...isn't that unusually cold for you guys? It was nearly that warm here in VT this AM

I've lived in Los angeles my entire life. I have never seen it as cold as it has been lately.

thats funny because I'm not even planning a visit...usually whenever I get ready to go anywhere that is supposed to be warm they get really cold weather....family curse

It's 3:30 in the afternoon right now and the temperature is 52 degrees. That's unheard of for Los Angeles. I can't believe how cold it is.
