LOL even better yet why not just allow some1 to bet on a race after its already run

You dont think this is already happening? Could definetely explain the way horses that often have big leads in the stretch go down in odds

Wasn't there some website in Europe that allowed you to bet while the race was being run?

Can you say Volponi?
