the raise was half of her stack and she was not commited to the hand what so ever...i jus dont see how you consider half your stack to be a low raise. I know that 2x the BB seems small but when these tourneys reach the final table the blinds are high and raise so quick (casino wants it over so you can lose at something else) that your BB and 2x that raise is extermely high. sorry if this story is buggin you but that was extremely expensive to call on 2 3

lol im not disagreeing with you it was a awful call. but you mentioned the blinds were high and in that case theres nothing wrong at all with raising big and just picking up the blinds at that point in the tournament. when you dont raise enough even if you wind up only heads up in a hand with a opponent its sometimes extremely difficult to put them on a hand and guage what 2 cards they may potentially be holding

You got me thinking about getting back into poker.
The stack, raising big, put them on a hand...may potentially be holding...and heads up in a hand. I'm luvin' it! Wow!
