It should be a great, if long, day of racing. Even the maiden races have huge purses ($170,000 for each of the 4 MSW races).
If you haven't played Kentucky Downs before, you might want to look at a couple of their races this afternoon (they are dark on Friday) to understand just how different this track is compared to the typical North American racetrack. It has a definite European feel to it, with uphill and downhill segments and different radius turns. When you handicap this 12 race card, I would recommend that you start early. By my count, the card has a total of 179 entrants, including all of the also eligibles. At least we don't have to worry about MTO's  since there is no dirt course, only the single turf one. I'll post the threads later this evening.
