Not sure that I understand the reasoning for this. All of the scratches (except for Race 9, which won't count due to only 4 runners) were known before the first race, much less before the start of our contest at race 4.

The changes were made early and the races we were playing started late. The only reason I see for canceling is if Digger says it’s impossible to score.
