My reply is that it would be the GP card starting with race 4 and adding the ARK Derby.

That's my decision based on a ROI perspective that has to include rolling exotics.

Yes, as we customarily handle it, you may include any race at GP in your ROI, but ONLY the Arkansas Derby from Oaklawn.

As I have chosen a single venue card that is usually permitted, although I will defer to RQ.

And therein is the conundrum of including multiple venues races in the ROI part of the contest. Rolling exotics withing continuous races would be the only wagers permitted. I would not accept asking RQ to score multiple venues.
