If you were him, would you want to have to work one more week? Of course hes smiling, hes set for life. One less game means one less chance of getting hurt. The guy is happier than all the Eagles put together right now. Its just a business. Just business.

I'm a Giants fan and was a big Tiki fan before tonight. . . It was really clear that he couldn't care less whether they won or lost.

i don't know about that? tiki had 26 carries for 137 yds. the giants only rushed for 151 yds as a team. i'd say tiki put in a pretty nice days work.

tiki and the giants were in the game til the last drive. win or lose, he's a happy guy. it's a shame he's hanging up the cleats, he had a pretty good season-doesn't seem to have lost a step.
on to bigger and better for mr. barber.

I don't know about that, he played his game tonight.

Yes. Hes very good. A bit overrated, but still very good at what he does.

He is also the only reason you guys were in the playoffs to begin with

Bingo.

Giants have a lot of problems beginning with the coach and QB.

Emphasis on QB. Hes anything but a leader. Now Tom Brady is a leader. Helps having Bellichick as a coach but that guy could win anywhere.

I'm not saying he didn't try or didn't play hard. . . some great players don't need to turn it on 100% to be effective. . . but he wasn't exactly in to the game on the sidelines or behind his teammates. Atleast next year Jacobs, who does play with some fire, will get many more carries.
