I'll see all your coyotes, lions, bears and foxes and raise you one alligator. The Arkansas state record gator 13 feet 11 and a half inches and 800 pounds. We have all the same animals as those, you mentioned in Colorado, but must admit the Mountain Lions are a rarity, but occasionally caught on trail cams.

I've heard that you have Razorbacks also (at least up near Fayetteville).

I think the only porcine razorback that we have is called "Big Red," but we also have an invasion of feral pigs. In my wife's hometown, they shoot them and feed them to the local prisoners at the jailhouse. Guess you have to make do with what is available.

We also have our local version of Bigfoot. He or she supposedly was spotted near the little town in Southwest Arkansas by the name of Fouke, therefore the creature was dubbed "the Fouke Monster." My guess is he was probably spotted by someone manufacturing or imbibing in "White lightning."
