Uh Oh
Here we go. I'm not worried. I'm fixin' to be raptured.

who is jack van empe?
now, i've been on this earth close to 40 years. much of that time, as long as i've been able to read newspapers, seems there's always been someone threatening the end of the world. been going on for centuries, and hopefully will continue for long after i've gone... good vs evil. it will never end, nor will the 'end is nigh'.

Jack Van Impe is a prophet to many. He frequently shows that revealed truth in the book of Revelation is happening in our times. Some people think he's crazy. I'm guessing that "sanity" is a subjective decision, so make your own. What country with the capability would not have drawn up plans after threatened to be eliminated by a madman who clearly has the means to put a serious hurt on? Just dont find this particularly revealing, whoever wrote the article. My prediction for 2007: A natural disaster will occur. Fortune cookie companies pant with desire trying to hire me. Speaking of other folk looking towards the rapture, here's a really interesting interview with a guy who wrote a book on the Religious Right's political ambitions:
