We often get the same weather as Dallas as it seems to track to the North East and makes its way up here and it did rain for the last several days, but nothing very heavy. It has been a pretty wet summer. Usually about now every thing is dead and my lawn crunches underfoot, but this year everything is very green and the temps are pleasant, but I may be speaking too soon and we will get the semi desert effect on into September.

Thanks for the note Cal. All is good for us . . . most of the flodding was around close housing near Dallas and Fort Worth CBD's with some in the suburbs where folks property backs up to creeks. Flood insurance is needed if you can get it. We're AOK.
