Race 9:

$50 Win - #10 (Nations Pride)
$50 Win - #13 (Stone Age)
Howard Sartin would have laughed if I had told him that when I made my ROI wager I was assuming that Classic Causeway had been entered to assure a fast pace for Tiz the Bomb, the other and I thought better McPeek entrant. When you Dutch a race and it works out you can feel very clever. When it doesn't work and you have lost both of your bets, you can look extremely foolish.

I actually had the 4 and would have had a nearly $1900 tri, I think if the 13 finished second and the 10 third, but it was the other way round. Must admit though I thought I had no chance at all with my picks. Thought for sure one of those long shot Euros would find their way into the tri. I think I'm going to have to find some way to play some boxes of some kind. Not sure what the Super paid on that, but would guess it was pretty good. As usual, my handicapping is not so terrible, but my wagering sucks.
