**Not from Twitter, but I wanted to see how the "modern" breeders' darling Mastery was doing at stud, so I went straight to the source (i.e., the horse's ass) at claiborne.com and found this:

Undefeated on the track, trainer Bob Baffert considered Mastery to be “the best 3-year-old in the nation” after his San Felipe Stakes (G2) win.

For those who don’t recall, Mastery broke down a few strides after winning the San Felipe Stakes, effectively ending his career.

To be fair, maybe they were interviewing Baffert on his way down to the winner’s circle…
