Default Not a Florida Law

It's not a state-wide Florida law, I can tell you there are atm's at the dog tracks and simulcast/poker parlor in Jacksonville.

I don't know what the new law is but there are ATMs all over Calder and Hard Rock, so maybe it has to do with the higher stakes gaming that they have at Gulf. All I know is that while walking from the parking lot into the track, I saw at least six or 8 "ATM Shuttle" signs. I thought it was a new hotel.

I did notice they had a row of "Check Cashing" tellers there. Probably the type of operation that sucks the cash out of your account on the spot.

I was told it was state law but I may have heard wrong. Perhaps it was part of the concessions made to bring gaming to Hallandale.

One soft serve at Saratoga. I got Papua. If neither lead, it's a push, and you're on you own for ice cream.

Sounds good Linny. After the 1st quarter and like you said if neither is in the lead, its a no bet.

Good luck!

It was Jeb Bush... SOB... it's a condition of the slots! Yes the indians are 10 min away and they have them.... screw the "white" man! They do have ATM's on the backstretch but unless you have a license, you need to go out the gate... there is a bank right outside the gate (stable gate Hallandale Blvd)

Default OPKC

so you visited the lovely Orange Park Kennel Club. Hope you had some luck. I've been playing the dogs for a few years now, with limited success, the main problem is the small pools, payoffs are too unpredictable. I spend my time at the simulcast parlor, called the Best Bet of St Johns, try to stay away from the ATM's.

Cardus, did they have slots or not?

If I read the article correctly on DRF, poker is ok but if their are slots on the premise, no ATM's are allowed.

Scav, no slots in Jacksonville, and they only have poker at the simulcast parlor that I frequent. In fact, at the OPKC, they have limited simulcasting, just Florida horse tracks

Good info, it has to be the slots then that cause no ATM's. Also, remind me never to go to OPKC, just florida tracks, I would be screwed, GIVE ME ACTION, HEAR ME ROAR

Don't worry, there's plenty of action at the Best Bet, every thoro-and harness track, and most Florida dog tracks. Believe me, when I leave there I am exhausted!
