If the way that Lone Rock ran in Race 4 is any indicator of the balance of the stakes races, I'm afraid that you are correct. Who picked this card, anyway? Whoever did that should be keelhauled! Oh, wait, now I remember.

It was worth enduring all of my poor picks and seeing a bunch of upsets to watch Yibir come charging down the stretch like a wild mustang in the JC Derby. It took a long while for him to get rolling, but once he started there was nothing stopping him.

I watched Yibir's last race on youtube. It was similar with him being last at one point. He had that big turn of foot in that race too, but I think he ran wider and so the margin of victory was a bit less. I hit the super in that 10th race, but it didn't pay much. Thought it might have been better because that horse that finished 3rd, I think was fairly long odds, but Bolshoi and Yibir were both pretty low around 2-1 so I guess that why the payoff was not so great.

Pretty sure, I will not be winning the points contest, but in early polling of the voters at my house, I'm thinking the Penn Derby and supporting races might be the ones to play next week assuming no near match race fields.
