![]() Those were very tough and competitive races yesterday. Having a ouija board would have been helpful. Turf races usually have closer finishes and the trips are very important. Having a jockey who is a good tactician doesn't hurt either.
Having said that, I have really enjoyed watching the races at KY Downs. The track is unique in the US and it's fun to watch the horses negociate it. My bankroll, on the other hand, hasn't enjoyed it as much - I know when I've been overmatched. |

![]() Who's responsible for selecting this track anyway. We may have the lowest points scores in the history of this forum, unless someone in addition to Ruffian, had a good crystal ball in their lap. Never seen so many long shot winners, place and show horses hit the board.
