So they are looking to have fixed odds wagering. I wonder if they have a soft opening and that late money is them laying off their fixed odds. If that is how it will be Monmouth will be unplayable. Just throwing it out there thinking out loud.
Ya I knew my 13-1 was going to go down but damn down to 9-2 is crazy.
