I don't have a problem with modernizing facilities and updating plants but what Stronach did at Gulfstream was put in a racing surface and then build a plant to discourage people from attending. It's uncomfortable and unenjoyable for a day at the races. Hell, he even took away the third floor dining room this year and primarily designated it for slots players.
