That's not entirely fair either even though i can understand why you might feel that way sometimes...but in the future try to only start one thread about a horse...you can always find it and bump it up later on...
and of course the horses that run in the big races (and retire earlier) will generate more discussion because they are usually known on a national scale...the hard knocking runners are, more often than not only know regionally at best.

FYI **I combined all three threads on Rogue Agent**

In the future, I will clear it with the guys who run the board to see if a horse I want to post about is worthy of it. God knows we had a zillion posts about My Golden Song and Hesanoldsalt last year. Let it be known those horses arent very good, and thats saying it nicely.

Merasq, Ryan is Flying is the class? You are kidding I hope? He is a better turf horse and only won on the dirt last time because he was able to get to the lead on one of those days where speed & being on the rail was the golden ticket. He wont see the lead in here, even with the presence of CC Lopez.

Ya gotta look at Melodeeman any time he runs on the inner. Hesanoldsalt has done well the last 6 months and he could still be improviing. His brother Mongoose won the Donn.

Hesanoldsalt is nothing like Mongoose, LOL! Thanks for making me laugh with that comparison. Mongoose was very good.

Mongoose's only G1 win was the Donn. Yes, he was better than 'Salt but he was no standout. Hesanoldsalt has won a couple of stakes, beaten elders etc. A superstar, no but certainly far better than My Golden Song.
'Salt had some mental issues last year that he is overcoming. He was a nervous wreck but has settled alot and ran a couple of good races to end his 3yo season.

his 8 gen coefficient of inbreeding (coi) is 3.516...so this might be a factor in his youthful instability...some horses need to mature both physically and mentally. glad to hear he's on the right track.
