![]() Into Mischief finally broke through last year with Authentic. Some other top sires have a shot this year to do the same, Tapit with the likely favorite and Curlin with the likely 2nd or 3rd choice (as well as a possible trendy pick in King Fury if he’s able to draw in).
Speaking of progeny, my wife is due to have our third daughter on April 28th. She’s gone early with the other two so I’m not too worried about the baby coming on Derby day but I checked and the hospital will have NBC available. ![]() Also, as a sidenote: I tried but my wife rejected Rachel Alexandra as a name. |

![]() Haha, thanks. My daughters are only 5 and 3 right now and still like me...but let me get back to you in 10-15 years and see where things stand. Although, my 5 year old recently told me that "horse racing is boring." It'll be nice when I'm able to get them back to the track so they can see the horses close up. I think her tune will change.
