And how about the old chestnuts that charted again in the 1980s, thanks to being used in movies:

"Twist and Shout" (Ferris Bueller)
"Unchained Melody" (Ghost)

And the Monkees, of course, who had a top 20 with that crappy song "Anytime, Anyplace, Anywhere." Not that I went to their reunion concert or anything.

Have we forgotten Huey Lewis and the News? Or was he mentioned already?

He's currently on Broadway in "Chicago."
