Funny just tuned in before beddy by. I'm not sure Cal knows about my Hudson River Eel pizza and thanks for reminding me Plen. And few here, if any much to their regrets, remember my very early days as The Long Ranger, and Silver being in love with Daisy Mae running around the far barn together (Hum-a-na Hum-a-na) . . . knowing very little of the great sport but wanting to learn so much. My lovely wife, my mentor, still cracks up every time we talk about "Daisy Mae and The Far Barn" and that's just a small part of my influx into racing forums. It was all for HER and I got hooked. Even I'll have to go way back to research some of those crazy days.

But it may be an appropriate time to bring back the reward of the Hudson River Eel pizza to the winner of both contests if they can stomach it, but never me, all though if your recall . . .

"Its Eely Eely good"!!! MUch better than that Colorado Catnip.

Cal, there was a time, early 2000's I was way more fluff than substance . . . I've finally graduated over these many years to balance the scale. My apologies my friends , , , the wine did it,, sorry.

Don Guido, if the wine did it, please tell us your brand. Best post I've read in quite a while. Almost spilled my morning coffee.

Congrats on your win on a day when winners were very difficult to find.
