If New York is still 2-4 weeks from an apex and there is a three month ramp down after that, New York is not ready for business until early August at best.

Look at the southern and midwestern states where travel was still near normal as of yesterday. These states will be 8 weeks behind the New York curve which would put their business into early October at best.

Unless there is some way to restrict interstate travel (which there isn't) and open business state-by-state (which there isn't), as a country, we will ready to open only after the longest path in this schedule which likely will be through the end of 2020. Goodness knows I hope I am wrong.
