Thanks, Steve, but I think that link takes you to an earlier year's data. It shows Churchill as 16% for WPS. It's 17.5%, right? Your link did lead me to this 2017 table:

Before posting this question yesterday, I spent a fair amount of time googling Churchill's takeout, with no success. When I tried googling "Gulfstream track takeout", the first 3 hits are restaurants. That, at least, was funny.
