![]() in the free NHC qualifier, there are 7 players tied for the lead with one race to go, each player selected all Program #4s....there were at least two cap horses that were 4...great job handicapping

![]() I see people doing that all the time, especially in the free tourneys. I've been beat by people doing that in cash tourneys as well. It sucks when they win, but they didn't break any rules.

![]() Yup but going forward do you think there should be changes?

![]() I'm not sure. There were probably just as many people that picked random numbers or names without handicapping at all. If they won, you wouldn't even know it. Hard to police.

![]() One things for sure, if there is a way to scam something, people are going to figure it out. I guess they just look at whichever post position has the most winners and play that. I think it explains something I've wondered about and that is why some players are good enough to get into one of the better tournaments and then they hit nada. I figured it was probably over reaching for longshots which we probably all tend to do at times, but maybe this is the better explanation.
Doesn't seem like it would be all that hard to police, if they played the same "random" number in every race. |
