So far, this will probably be my lowest point total ever. Went 6 deep in the Swale and the favorite won. Then the Holy Bull was won by Harvey Wallbanger at 30-1. What @#$%^ fool picked this venue? Oh, wait, now I remember.

I don't think you picked badly. I just looked at the RB Lewis and it was a mud fest and only 5 horses.

Isn't Harvey Wallbanger a drink. I'm thinking the connections of Maximus Mischief are wishing they had a twelve pack about now.

Irad and Jose' kinda served that one up to Harvey. 7 pacesetters in the race and 2 stalkers that looked faster than the need for the lead crowd and who wins it, the lonely closer.

I know a fool real well since my reflection shows up well in the tablet screen. It's only one day for you JB and a rare one at that. I've probably had my worst start for the year in a very long time. But to no avail i will keep on looking at my reflection in hopes for better days. And when you use two koo-koo smileys, ouch! BTW I thought I had the pick 3 in the bag with the 6 and 8 on the last leg

I don't think I would beat my self up about it much. 3 year olds are such an unknown quantity. I'm not even sure a person should bet them until the last round of races before the derby and even then there will still be surprises like Danza, if you remember that one. My late wife actually picked that one in an exacta. Seems like it paid about $500, but could be wrong.

No beat up, just spewing some trash. I'm going two have a couple of those Harvey Wallbangers tonight less the Galliano L'Autenico liqueur. In other words a simple screw driver . That should fix everything.

All too often when I see the Ortiz brothers riding in the same race, I tend to suspect that there will be Maximum Mischief in the running of the race. But that's just my cynical nature.
