Congrats Joly on the win. If not for Cruzan you could have had a 5 peat.

Yds, he's pulling a Justify on us. 4 points away from a 5 bagger. That would be touching the rubber on the mound on you way in.

Thanks for the kind words my friends. Continuing your baseball analogy Don, any batter who tried to do that sort of showboating would assuredly invite a fastball up and in on his next at bat. And deservedly so.

I certainly mis-handicapped the Alabama though. In a trifecta array, I did not think that Eskimo Kisses had the necessary fitness to win based on her Coaching Club effort, so I only played her in the second and third slots under three others. Little did I know that Ken McPeek was only using the Coaching Club as a sort of workout, with the Alabama as the real goal. She certainly relished the 1 1/4 mile distance, and none of the other contenders did.

Any question as to where we should go this Saturday?

I was right their with ya JB on the Alabama. In fact none of our ardent 'cappers picked EK to cross the line first and she was much the best making it look easy. Go figure!?
