CapitalOTB has been hit or miss for me for years. I’m Louisiana resident.
Earlier today, I tried following tweet to their feed. I’m blocked! To my knowledge, I’d never been blocked. I was never Mark Cusano fan and probably tweeted something mildly obnoxious last year when his ‘Down the Stretch’ show ended.
