Kudos to Sam Houston's Racing Secretary for arranging the races to create an all stakes Pick 4 at the end of the card. And equal praise to SHRP for having only a 12% takeout on this multi race wager, giving players a little more of a chance to get paid if they are fortunate enough to hit it. Having said that, I have to take a shot; I only hope in my desire to "have it", I haven't spread too broad a net to negate any return - I often do that in multi race exotics and am still learning.

It has been said that great minds think alike.

There is enough commonality between our pick-4's that we could both hit it. Of course, if that happened, you would win since you have it for a buck and mine is only half a buck.

I guess I'm trying to thread the needle, hoping for a small amount of chaos to bring a quasi-outsider to the winner's circle in one or two of the races and push the price up a little bit, without having total chaos in the results, which would knock me out completely.

In any event, good luck with your picks.
