PA ADW restrictions lifted

PA Racing Commission didn't even issue Press Release. I only heard it from Johnny D on ATR. Not sure the ADW's even know.

Surprised they lifted this. The original intention was to force bets into an ADW that had an agreement with local horsemen's groups. I'm OK with that, but never agreed with limiting us to one ADW. Plus the ADW's gave us limited service and certainly rewards. We were corralled into a place we didn't deserve.

I always thought it was unconstitutional. Was a clear restraint of trade. Why could we not have options if they would contribute to the horsemen ?

I just wonder why out of the clear blue sky they changed.

Money. PA is crooked as a bad river. God bless Brian Sanfrantello and the PA Breeders. Do a great job in an awful situation.
