![]() Look at that PDF and at some of the costs. While I am all about people taking advantage of their success, there is some SHADY stuff in there, at least from this rookie owner's perspective....
1) Calder Sales Expenses = $20k? 2) LRF Finance charges = Sales agent fee = 22,750? 3) Sales Commission = $150k KICK THAT around and THEN when the horse wins, you have the standard trainer/jock fee, then you get hit with a 5% partner fee and a 2% BARN FEE? What the hell is a barn fee? |
