Another Gr. I sprinter in for tag

I remember when this horse was claimed from Craig Dollace about a year ago for $62.5k. When they put him in for a tag I looked at him, but pretty quickly passed. He didn't start back for about 10 months or so.

You know, I noticed this about West's horses also. They seem to always run huge first out off a layoff and then decline after that, until they get put on the shelve
