Give Serpe credit,he's telling the truth and he's not going to participate.
I noticed he used the word guys in a plural form(in the back sentence of the paragraph).
Somebody has to do something to fix the problem.....

NYRA had Hip Hip Jorge under double secret probation and the horse was in lock up. Is the guy a cheat, of course, he is probably a dam good trainer as well . I have mixed feelings. XY Jet went to Dubai and ran his eyeballs out. Its complicated
