I dont know what is taking so long .. Horse didnt impede anyone.

Agree, not only did he not impede anyone, no one can claim that it changed the order of finish.

Albarado was just hoping the stewards might see something to steal the win.

Considering how obviously bad the 8 was washing out before the race, as bad as you ever see, the horse ran a really good race. I would not have touched the 8 there at that price with a 10 foot pole.
