Pais,
not to mention the anger and problems scratching as many should be scratched causes. Trainers screaming, track has to pay consos, bettors angry, etc.
I have never been mad about a late scratch in my life, because if my horse can't even warm up not being lame, then he sure as hell wasn't gonna win.

By the way if someone is indeed saving Shake You Down, you have my utmost respect and well wishes.
