Why do they even have inquiry's at NYRA. Just a waste of everyone's time. Someone will have to get killed out there before a change is made.

How can anyone even argue that the complexion of the race didn't change by Ortiz swerving and causing the rest of the field to check?

Could not agree more! Including the 4 horse who i used with the 3 on 2 P3 tickets which were paying over $600 total!
