Eh, its a long contest. I just checked the rules you have to play at least 20 days, so you can't just sit on your winnings. They have a 75-1 cap on exactas, that one almost hit the cap.

That is almost unfair if you asked me. If he repeat this it will make no sense to continue. And yes, one person learned the hardway...he was leading with $3000 and decided not to continue and he lost

Well, if it were me I'd probably play $100 show on some logicals for a few plays until you see how it goes.

It's not unfair, the rules are the rules. YOu want to win a seat, you have to make a min of 20 plays. I think its a 40 day meet maybe so you still only have to do about 1/2..

No different than the PH tourney or most, you have to make a min # of plays, even the BCBC forces that I tihnk.
