Well, he does have terrible hair. I think he'll have a hard time suing for that. It's not libel if it's true.

the libel is her stating about him going thru bankruptcy, which is false. saying someone has bad hair, which he does, is her opinion. certainly can't sue her for stating a fact.

The Donald may have gone thru determining if he should file for bankruptcy, but he never filed. So maybe she can use that to get off. Because she did not say he filed for bankrupcy(as he claims), so she claims she meant when he was determining if he should file, instead of he went bankrupt(like she really said but did not mean).

When I read back on my post above I realize... that I am damn confusing.

I hate to parse here but......going through Bankruptcy proceedings is not being bankrupt(BROKE) The subsequent accusation that all those people lost money,or that he ripped off some people is certainly actionable from the Donalds' perspective! I hope he hammers her...she is a stone cold bully!
