Try Fore Street, or it's sister restaurant, Scales.

Both are pricey, but great.

Try a fresh wicked whoopie pie while you're there. Best pie ever.
You could also head a little south to Ogunquit and go to Footbridge beach, a rare beach where you only see nature, no houses. I've made a couple of walks of shame back over the footbridge with broken beach chair dragging behind in tow
