It was probably not in good taste for Scully to post a winning ticket when the pool lost, however.
Maybe it's just me, but a $30,000 pool of other people's money doesn't seem like a good occasion to take a strong stand against one of the most likely winners in the race.

Exactly, if I was betting like RHT and had 30k at my disposal, you best BELIEVE that I'm spending ( at least ) $720 on a superfecta ticket that has the favorite on top of 10 other boxed horses.

Sorry brotha, I saw the shot, and TOOK the shot. Just some good natured ribbing, rht. Nothing more.

And in full disclosure, I would've STILL missed out on the super bc Bsttle of Midway was one of my first tosses. Saw him as a pace casualty. Goes to show what I know!

Absolutely HORRIBLE/HORRIFIC/EMBARRASSINGLY POOR execution by those in charge of disposing of the allocated funds!

I typically toss a few bucks into Ed's pools, including this pool. IMO Ed made a few mistake that he acknowledge's and will make changes. I know he feels bad, I know it came off poorly. That said not the end of the world
