For example, if you deposit $500 into your account and you win $300, that would give you a balance of $800. You are allowed to withdraw the $300 immediately. You just can't withdraw the $500 for 5-6 business days.
Twin Spires is the same way. You have to wait to withdraw the amount deposited, but can withdraw anything above that immediately.
