Massachusetts has some sick, archaic law that his status in the murder of Lloyd will revert back to "not guilty" bc of the fact that he was still in appeal mode when he decided to hang himself ( and saving his family a boat load of money in the process, i bet ).
There was no winners throughout this whole process, but let's hope the state of Mass ( amongst others) wakes the phuck up one day and realizes some laws need a changin'.
