Yeah!

The mighty MT!

Real Queit got his ten furlongs in 1:59 3/5ths in the Gold Cup. He was 1 1/5th seconds off the track record.....and only the 4th fastest Gold Cup time of the 90's.

It's not like the track was out of this world fast when MT went off that day!

Real Quiet wasn't exactly a world beater.

Out of random curiosity....when did trainers start using EPO?

What 1-5 shot destroyed many players in running pik-3's on the undercard of the 2002 Wood Memorial in allowance race when he threw the jockey at the start of the race?

What horse caused a Racing Times writer named Kurt Paseka to have to pose naked in the infield(he covered himself in the strategic area) for a picture that was published in the Racing Times, by winning the Seneca Handicap at saratoga one summer? Paseka had stated in his selctions column that if this particular horse won that day, he would dance naked in the infield(the guy had guts, he actually did it)

Im pretty sure he did... he had flashes of brilliance, but couldnt seem to string together his big efforts. More often than not, he was a disappointment.
